With Warmth Counselling

Online Individual & Couples Counselling in Kimberley, BC and Across British Columbia

A space to feel understood

Life does not always unfold the way we expect, and sometimes the patterns that once helped us cope can leave us feeling stuck. Counselling can offer a space to slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and explore new ways of relating to yourself and the people around you.

At With Warmth, I work collaboratively with individuals and couples to create a space that is thoughtful, genuine, and grounded in curiosity and compassion.

Counselling Services

Individual Counselling

A space to understand yourself and create change.

Individual counselling can offer space to slow down, make sense of difficult experiences, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your patterns.

I support individuals navigating emotional distress, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, attachment challenges, relationship patterns, trauma, and life transitions.

Couples Counselling

Creating connection and understanding.

Relationships can bring out some of our deepest needs, fears, and patterns. Couples counselling can help you understand the cycles you find yourselves caught in and create new ways of connecting.

My couples work is grounded in attachment and emotion-focused approaches, supporting partners in developing greater understanding, emotional connection, and security.

Areas of Focus

A little about me…

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, providing attachment-based, emotion-focused, and trauma-informed therapy to individuals and couples. My work supports clients navigating relationship challenges, trauma and attachment wounds, emotional experiences, and life transitions.

I bring curiosity, compassion, and authenticity to the therapeutic relationship and aim to create a space where you can show up as you are.

Everyone is Welcome here 💙
